Moonbow Creative Stickers
Moonbow Creative Stickers
If you know me, you know I love stickers. And I journal. And from time to time I share one of those things with you. I chose a Staology journal for my daily pages and recently switched to it at the beginning of the month after finishing up a midori notebook. I miss my Midori notebook, but the Staology has the page count I want, so here we are. And I decorate the pages, some days more than others.
Moonbow Creative Stickers
I saw chatter online about Moonbow Creative Stickers and also saw some at my local sticker store. Yes, I have a local sticker shop. It’s called Sticker Planet and it’s at the Farmer’s Market and you should go. Or, if you can’t go because parking lots are crazy in LA, or because you are not geographically local, you can shop online. I got some really cool stickers that featured old school paintings with cats put into them (picture Girl with the Pearl Earring where the Girl is a gray cat). So then I began doing research and found out Moonbow Creative Stickers had a subscription and an online store. Now, I am admitting I am not sponsored for this post–I tell you all when I am sponsored and it’s been a while. But since I love stickers, I decided to give them a try.
Moonbow Creative Stickers Subscription
The subscription itself is something completely customizable, both in size and choice. Because I’m a little extra, I went with the personalized subscription so I can pick the stickers I want from the subscription each month. When you do this, you have to stay a member for three months at least. You can pause or delay or even make the subscription come sooner. I think I’m cancelling after my trial is over.
- I wish I remembered when the stickers come out because the ones I like often sell out very quickly.
- You are limited to two sheets on most of the stickers I’ve tried to get. I realize that’s important because of fairness and also stock. I’m not taking issue with that.
- You get some freebies here and there, like this month I got a free postcard (the traveling ones you assign a theme to and then send around to people) and a washi tape. It’s very nice.
- The stickers are sometimes cut funny. By that I mean that there are really big amounts of white space around the stickers. I’m sure that I could contact customer service, but chances are it’s a bigger issue and I’m okay without reporting it and causing an issue.
- The stickers are THICK. Which means if I place them on the pages of my notebook before I use them (like shown above), the pages in front of and behind the pages are having some issues. There are bumps and even issues with tearing the page. This is obviously not ideal.
Moonbow Creative Stickers are great if it’s what you want
Moonbow Creative Stickers are probably great for the sticker lover in your life who collects stickers or wants some fun rainbow stickers. There are a lot of rainbow or holographic stickers, which are normally my catnip, but I think I’m just too old for most of these stickers, even though they have dedicated reader stickers AND even more book stickers. They have charcuterie stickers (can confirm they are fun) and pickle stickers that I’ve never been able to get my hands on. And someone whose name I’m skipping out on who teaches iPad art designs some stuff and while I snagged it, I can’t find the sticker sheet’s name on the site, the designer on the site, or on my invoice.
Oh, and that’s another thing–while I love combined shipping if you have another order, it’s hard to tell which is my subscription and which isn’t.
Pipsticks, while I loved them, I had a few delivery issues that made it hard to put them at the top of my list.
For me, I think at heart I’m always going to be a Stickii club girl. I’ve never had to contact customer service, but I did go to their HQ years ago with a snail mail club and even got to buy a bao and older subscriptions.
