Terms of Service
By purchasing a book or booking a service through Always Reiding, you agree to the following:
- All services are provided on a project basis as outlined in your service agreement or order confirmation.
- Turnaround times will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on scope.
- Digital products (ebooks, downloadable content) are delivered electronically upon purchase.
Refund & Return Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase or service:
- Contact us at alwaysreiding@gmail.com within 3 days of your purchase.
- Let us know what happened and what outcome you’re looking for.
- We’ll review your request and respond within 7 days with a resolution — this may include a full refund, partial refund, revision, or credit toward a future purchase, depending on the situation.
Physical book returns (if applicable) must be in original, unused condition and are subject to the following: We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days..
Digital products and completed author services are generally final sale once delivered, except where we determine a case-by-case exception is warranted.
